Services
A blind is not a piece of furniture. It is a moving part on the façade: it gets adjusted, serviced and eventually repaired — and whoever fitted it should be the one who comes back.
- It is stuck Report a fault Dead motor, torn fabric, bent slat. Other makes included. Report a fault
- It is new Advice and measuring We come by, measure up and cost it out. Neither costs you anything. Request a consultation
- It still runs Servicing and maintenance Adjust, grease, tighten — before it becomes a repair. Request servicing
Something jammed? Tell us.
We also repair and service installations we did not fit — whatever the make.
Venetian blinds broken? We repair rather than replace.
Describe the fault in the form and add a photo — we come back to you with a proposed appointment.
- Blind jams, will not close, or hangs crooked
- Motor, crank or gearbox faulty
- Ladder tape snapped, fabric loose or torn
- Hail damage — including a report for your insurer
Service consultation
Replacement, extension, modernisation or a condition survey — online, by phone or at your place.
- Condition survey of existing systems
- Fabric replacement and colour advice
- Retrofitting motors, radio control and smart home
- Maintenance contracts for property managers and businesses
Four steps, no surprises.
You know in advance what it costs and when we come. Afterwards, you can still reach us.
Consultation
We come by, look at the building, and talk through what is technically possible — and what actually makes sense.
Survey & quote
A survey on site, accurate to the millimetre. Then a written quotation at a fixed price, with no small print.
Installation
Our own fitters, an agreed appointment, a clean strip-out. We take the old installation away and dispose of it.
Service
Maintenance, repair, fabric replacement. Still in ten years, with the same people.
What we install, we also repair.
No subcontractors you cannot reach two years later. Whoever installs at your place comes back for the service.
Gearboxes, cranks, ladder tapes, motors. A lot can be repaired instead of replacing the whole installation — and we tell you so even when it means less revenue for us.
We also repair installations that are not ours. Bring what you know about the make and the year — we work out the rest on site.
Trimbach sits on a slope. You notice it in the wind.
At the southern foot of the Jura the summer sun stands high and stays long; in winter it drops behind the ridge early. Houses on a slope take more wind than houses on the flat. Both change what belongs on a façade — and neither is in any brochure.
