Privacy
This website collects as little as possible. No tracking, no ad networks, no profiling. What we do collect, we collect because you sent us something.

Forms
When you report a repair, ask for advice or write to us, you send the details the form asks for — name, contact data, information about the property and whatever else you fill in. We use this data solely to deal with your enquiry. It is passed on only where carrying out the work requires it, for instance to the manufacturer when ordering a spare part.
Uploaded files
With a repair report you can attach up to three photos or PDF files. They are stored on our server, checked, and used solely to assess the damage.
Server logs
The web server records the technical access data that running a site produces: the address requested, the time, the browser identifier and the IP address. These serve operation and the prevention of abuse. The IP address is also used to protect the forms against automated mass submissions.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and embeds no tracking pixels. Your choice of language lives in the address, not in a cookie.
Google fonts
The typefaces are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google learns your device’s IP address. We are moving to serving the fonts from our own server; until then we state this here explicitly.
Your rights
You may at any time ask what data about you we process, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. An informal message to gartechgmbh@gmail.com is enough.
