Venetian blinds
The slat is the only part of a house that does not merely pass or block light but steers it. One degree of tilt decides whether the sun lands on your screen or on the ceiling.
All-metal blind GM 200
The mechanism sits in the side guides, not in the curtain. So not one cord crosses the slats — the surface stays calm, the slats close tight, and nothing is in the way when you clean them.
What it is built for
Where the façade is part of the design and a taped blind would spoil it. The built-in anti-lift device also makes it a deterrent on the ground floor.
What that means day to day
Maximum blackout, because the slats close without tape holes. Very wind-stable. And robust enough that you simply use it for twenty years.

Metal composite blind MV 90
Instead of lift tapes, a toothed belt runs inside the side guide. That removes the part that ages fastest on a blind — and the blind is locked at every intermediate position, not only at the bottom.
What it is built for
Ground floors and anywhere security matters. The anti-lift and run-up devices are part of the construction, not accessories.
What that means day to day
A deeply overlapping slat profile that closes precisely and stays quiet. The tapered bottom rail sits flush on the sill.
What sets it apart
Z-shaped slat profile. No lift tapes — the quiet toothed belt runs unseen inside the guide rail. That allows optimal blackout and thermal insulation. The anti-lift lock is built in, not bolted on. Minergie certified. Mounted in the lintel or as a front installation. Hand-operated or controlled by remote, wall switch or smart-home system. Optionally with soft-closing for a quieter close and a steadier slat movement.

Composite blind VR 70 / VR 90
The blind that suits most houses — and the one we fit most often. Two slat widths, several guide systems, and it retrofits to many existing façades.
The difference between 70 and 90
VR 90 has 90 mm slats, VR 70 has 70. Wider means fewer slats across the opening and a calmer façade; narrower means less room needed in the lintel and finer control.
Guides
Profile or cable guides, or both together where it is windy. Mounted in the lintel, behind a fascia or hung in front — the building decides that, not the catalogue.
What can be added
Wind-stable version up to 92 km/h. Integrated insect screen — available only with the 70 mm slat, which can be a reason against the wider one. Acoustic brackets to reduce noise. Soft-closing for a quieter close and a steadier slat movement. Minergie certified, mounted in the lintel or as a front installation, hand-operated or controlled by remote, wall switch or smart-home system.

Convex blind KR 60 / KR 80
The curved slat is the older shape — and often the right one on a period building. It builds very shallow, which makes it the first choice in renovations where there is barely any room in the lintel.
Construction
Aluminium slats, fitted with stainless steel eyelets in the crimp, joined by a Kevlar-reinforced support cord.
Installation
In the lintel, behind a fascia or as a front-mounted unit. KR 80 is also available with cable guides.

Economy venetian blind EC 70 / EC 80 / EC 100
The same idea, built leaner. Three slat widths and a lower wind resistance class than the composite blind — on a sheltered elevation that hardly matters, on an exposed one it does.
When we recommend it
For several similar windows in a sheltered position, where the number of units counts. Where it is windy we advise the VR — the difference in wind class is not a paper figure.
